Visit of the pastor Slava Goncharenko to Office of Public Prosecutor


On August, 7th the pastor of New Life church Slava Goncharenko has visited Office of Public Prosecutor of the Moscow region of Minsk city. The reason of a call of the pastor in Office of Public Prosecutor was that on July, 16th employees of the Ministry of Emergency Measures were not admitted in a church building. Slava Goncharenko explained to the assistant of the public prosecutor of the Moscow region Cyril Mazovka, that the decision about absence of admittance in a building of any officials was accepted in reply to attempts of the Minsk authorities to deprive a community of a building belonging to it. Also the pastor noticed that this decision was accepted not personally by him, but on church general meeting.
The assistant to the public prosecutor handed over to Slava Goncharenko the official prevention of inadmissibility of infringement of the legislation and the instruction with the requirement to eliminate infringement of fire-prevention safety and immediately to admit workers of the Ministry of Emergency Measures in a church building.
Cyril Mazovka also said, that he understands, that the church position will not change, and consequently he will prepare at once documents for transfer to court.
