Judicial executors have visited the New Life



On August, 13th nearby 10.00 the car approached to a New Life church building which the man and the woman left in the civilian. In conversation with the watchman of church they were presented as judicial executors, and asked to let them in a building. Having given up, the watchman advised to visitors to address to a church management. Judicial executors asserted, that could not communicate with anybody from a community management. After a while they left.
Apparently, judicial executors should carry out the decision of the Higher Economic Court accepted on January, 13th, 2009 by judge E.Korotkevich, confirmed legality of the decision of Minsk city executive committee about withdrawal of the ground area of a community with the subsequent repayment of a building of church for 37,5 million roubles.
According to the lawyer of New Life church Sergey Lukanin, after the visit of judicial executors serious threats from law enforcement bodies can follow.
«According to article 423 can be inflicted to criminal punishment in the form of the penalty, or possibility deprivations to occupy certain posts, or to be engaged in certain activity. Such collectings are imposed under the decision of the court recognising the given person as the criminal. Also article 420 «provides the criminal liability in the form of imprisonment till three years», – Sergey Lukanin said.
