Church is given seven days on execution of the decision of court


On August, 13th the Decision about excitation of executive manufacture from Economic court of Minsk city came to New Life church. It is that document which the judicial executors who arrived to a building of church, should hand over on August, 13th.
In the decision it is told, that the judicial executor Kaminskaya V.G., «having considered the statement of the Minsk city territorial fund of the state property of Minsk city executive committee, for compulsion RCCFG New Life Church to execution of the contract of purchase and sale of a building in Kovaleva street , 72, decided to give to the Religious community of Christians of the Full Gospel the New Life Church seven-day term from the date of reception of the given decision voluntary to execute requirements of the executive document. In case of default by the debtor voluntary requirements of the executive document till 20.08.2009, a compulsory transfer of technical documentation and acceptance report signing – transfers of object of the real estate is appointed 21.08.2009 at 10.00 o'clock to the address : Minsk, Academic street , 15/1, office 202».
In connection with last events the fast and a prayer is declared from August, 17 till August, 19th in New Life church. Every evening these three days believers will gather in a building of church for a prayer.
